Mod the Sims user flerb has made it possible for your Sims to automatically grow beards without you having to go into CAS and adjust your Sim's beard length. This means more time you get to spend actually playing the game rather than fussing over your Sim's appearance in CAS. You even get to pick the color of your Sim's beard for even more realistic gameplay. Money can be hard to come by in The Sims 4 , or at least it a timely manner. It's no surprise there are plenty of cheats to remedy this problem, and Discover University introduced the idea of student loans, but what about those Sims who are done with their education and are just looking for their dream home or money to invest in a business?
For those Simmers who don't want to cheat but still want to take their Sim's life in a specific direction, there's scarletqueenkat's SimCity Loans mod. With this mod, your Sim can take out a loan of varying amounts and pay it back over 12, 24, or 36 payments. This mod is one of those mods that makes gameplay so much easier it's hard to live without it after a while. The UI cheats extension allows players to unlock perks, cheat the aging process, click and drag to fulfill needs, add or subtract household funds, make negative moodlets disappear, and so much more.
Like MCCC, it makes cheating your way through the game so much simpler and user-friendly. You might not even need to type in any cheats with the combination of this mod and MCCC. Make sure you download the right version of the mod if you choose to take a crack at it. The version for Metal Macs and bit systems is free on Patreon. They specialize almost exclusively in accessories, and have dozens if not hundreds of earrings, necklaces, chokers, tiaras, and handbags.
For fashionable Simmers and fashionable Sims, Madlen or madlensims produces some of the most high-fashion, high-end custom pieces for TS4.
Pleather peacoats, beige trenchcoats with faux fur, skin-tight bodysuits with fur trim, corset-front rompers… the spread is unbelievable and unbelievably beautiful. Most talented custom clothing creators veer towards Alpha CC or photo-skinned textures for their products. They create incredibly fashionable clothing items that perfectly match the default EA textures, and the quality of each piece is fantastic.
Your Sims—and even the townies! I mean, I totally get it. A lot of us express ourselves with our hair. And not everyone finds the appeal in chunky bobs or girl-next-door waves.
Not to mention incredibly diverse. Each item they put out has its own unique charm. Many of their custom pieces are quite whimsical and one-of-a-kind. Think messy space buns, pseudo-Hime cuts, two-toned slashed styles, and middle-parted hair with pompoms. First off, their original Sims are hella cute.
They have that quirky 3D-animated-film quality that I absolutely adore and would kill to be able to pull off for my own Sims, not gonna lie. Second, their creations are gorgeous. Most of the content they have is for Female Sims, but the pieces she does have for Male Sims are just as unique and high-quality.
And even though I put them under Hair, I highly recommend you check out their custom clothing, too. Anytime there is any new content released from EA you will see begging… pleading… fits… for horses.

You can navigate through CAS and build and buy items, all sorted into categories. The plain but well-organized menus make it easy to find exactly what you need. The original items are also incredibly detailed and cover a range of content types. There are recolors and unique items across many different categories, offering a huge selection to choose from. The Plumbob Tea Society is currently inactive but we highly recommend taking a look at their Tumblr blog.
While the blog itself is now inactive, it does contain links to the pages of all the talented contributors, opening up a wide range of high-quality CC for you to explore with ease. Josh, also known as Illogical Sims is well known for producing frequent high-quality CC.
These are complemented by pieces that he produces to match and enhance DLC packs. His latest effort at the time of writing was to separate, rotate and add functionality to many of the Snowy Escape furniture items.
He also shows off his builds and CC over on his YouTube channel. Some of it is totally custom but many items are recolors or adjustments that help enhance items already in the game. One of the other nice things about Standardheld's site is that there's a lot of variety. From entire fan-made Stuff Packs to simple CC that lets you change the headband colors on in-game hairs, this site has it all.
There's even a section of resources to help out other budding CC creators. There is a section full of some excellent Maxis Match CC as well as a huge amount of reblogs, all carefully curated.
There are in-depth categories that split into sub-categories so you can find exactly what you want and all reblogged content is adfly free. Categories even include specific themes, rather than just items. This makes the site a well-maintained space to easily find quality content that will fit specific criteria. For those who want to venture beyond CC, there's also a huge list of Simblr blogs, which is where creators post their Sims based stories alongside other TS4 related content.
Grimcookies became more well known after his collaborations with other creators. He even worked alongside Harrie who is also on this list to produce a CC collection in partnership with Gucci. His list of credentials is an indication of his skill and you'll find that his website hosts an ever-increasing collection of high-quality Maxis Match or very close CC including some cute hairs and Witch CC items. While it isn't as easy to navigate as some, it is jam-packed with creations you'll want to immediately download.
She also makes her own CC and posts this as well.
